All of the staff were friendly. They greeted you with a sweet smile once you come in. The miso soup was very tasty! Hot green tea is legit! And the eel rolls and appetizer (Dragon Fire) were the bomb! They told me they’re gonna add Ramen to their menu next month. We’ll definitely comeback here!

Best Sushi in Peoria! I have had sushi in Phoenix and Chicago, and this is as good as you can get there. My family shared Mango Rolls, Fried California Rolls, Shrimp Tempura Rolls and Tuna Cream Cheese Roll, all top quality seafood and tuna. And the ambience has a classic Japanese vibe, clean and well-maintained. The service is top-notch, fast, friendly and cordial, with drinks refilled in a timely manner. Overall, exceeded expectations!

I felt the staff was very rude. I placed an order on line. No staff ever came up to greet me or assist me. A worker finally comes up. She asks did anyone have an order and called out a name. She then sat another bag down before sitting two other patrons. Finally another staff member came up and asked if I had a call in order. I said yes and gave her my name. She then proceeded to hand me the bag the other worker sat down.

I would say that my experience here was pretty average which is why I am giving them 3 stars. I got the lunch special with the spicy crab and California roll. They tasted okay but were a little warm which made we worried they had been sitting out for a while. I got a salad with it which was pretty good (I love the ginger dressing that many sushi places do) but absolutely over dressed. The price was good because it was a special but the rolls weren’t better than something I could buy at Aldi. If you’re going to bother, try their special rolls and be prepared to spend the money on that. Finally, I’ll not that the service and atmosphere were great and the table spacing made me feel very safe re: Covid. I’d like to try this place one more time and update then.

Sushi was average served way to cold needs to be at room temperature. There was no heat on in the restaurant freezing wore coat entire time. Get it fixed! Will not be back! The quality of Sushi has dropped with every new owner. No excuse for this to happen! The temperature in the restaurant wahe s so cold that everyone was wearing a coat while eating. They could have left the front door opened to warm the room up! Provide gloves and heavy coats for your customers and candles to keep their hands warm as the eat cold Sushi; How about a wood burning stove to keep the place warm. You can only play in Peoria. Schnucks Sushi is so much better than what you have like night and day! Had Sushi from Krogers north end of Peoria so much better than what you are selling it is not even the comparison!

This place was the worst. It wasn’t what I expected. The fish to rice ratio was not matching at all. It was the tiniest amount of fish and a whole bunch of rice. The green tea tasted like seaweed. It wasn’t good. On top of all of that the workers would be right in front of the dining area and entrance on their phones.

Yet more disappointing food here in town. The takoyaki was either very overcooked or reheated, the octopus was far to dry and chewy. Also, they used a spicy sauce instead of the normal sweet sauce takoyaki traditionally has on it. I couldn’t force myself to eat it all. And the presentation was very bizarre, being arranged on a narrow, deep plate.
