Barely any fries, wings not even tossed in sauce, the wings were literally rock hard because they were literally just hard breading and no chicken. Didn’t give right sauce, very small chicken tenders, took forever to get a pick up order which should have been ready when we got there. These employees really need to be trained again. And the owner of the store needs to do something about this!!

Not many chain restaurants have really good customer service, with the exception of one in particular. however Zaxbys in Orange Park, on Kingsley Dr. service rivals even Chick Fila. They r the best location by far.

So very skimpy. This is a double fry order. The tenders are on the small side as well. I usually go to the Zaxbys on Commonwealth, order the same thing and get probably 50% more food. Definitely won’t be back. So I called and was told they were previously giving too many fries when a second order of fries is substituted for the coke slaw. 5 oz is a normal order, and 8 oz is an extra order. They don’t double the fries even though they charge extra for the meal with two sides. They are not a corporate location so I am unable to contact them.

You have a young male manager that’s tall and skinny and every time I come here the atmosphere around here sucks. The employee are great but his manager skills are horrible and customers talk. Usually at nighttime its the same way. I spoke too a upper management gentleman that was working at the commonwealth location not too long ago and he said he’d look into it. All I know is your staff is unhappy with this guy and wait times inside suffer.

Chicken fingers and boneless wings are great. Not a big fan of the traditional wings. Sauces are great and the fries are ok. Drive thru is a little slow but not too bad. Customer service is always good.

Bad reviews are legit. ALWAYS have to ask for something or double-check to make sure everything is correct. Food isn’t terrible so THATS why I came back. Never again. Asked for ketchup and the older lady goes” do they not give you that option on the app”? Nope that’s why I’m asking you! “Well we put condiments back here cause of covid” well covid is over so maybe put them back out ♂️ if your gonna be rude when someone asks for something YOU have to grab. Sauce always missing for strips, straws missing and sometimes food is skimped on. Tried and tried to give this place a chance. TRASH

I absolutely love this location! They always accommodate my needs for fresh food. Whenever I request my food to be made to order, they happily do so. There was a time were a few employees had an an issue with that. A good time to come in is during the day. Sage is absolutely amazing!

Order 3 pc tenders with garlic bread and fries ask for sauce but hell they don’t know what that is because they never give it out with you order but sell it to you for 5o cent a cup with my meal looks like a kids happy meal
