A hairball wrapped around the damn chicken wing!!!!!! This was clearly dropped on the floor. I am disgusted! We were starving at 11:30pm. Got home bit into the chicken and THIS. Went right back it was 12am, they were closed. Going back tomorrow and calling corporate!

Worst ‘SHT’ -. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Ordered Combo. 6 wings/fries and drink. $13.00 and change. Everything was BURNED . OVERCOOKED. How could they hand that to a customer?. I work all over the city. I’ve had Wingstop in Skokie. All together different. I was to far away to go back. The foreigner’s that has this place don’t care because we are Minoritie’s supporting them. Do not accept this. Myself included. Show these People that don’t know they’re Minority as well. U do not want their Hard Crusted Wings and Burned Food. If you don’t accept this. They will shut their DOOR’S.

This used to be the best wingstop to go to. They would always give everything fresh and tasted great, the staff was very nice too. Last 2 times I went the girls at the computer were really rude. And the ranch was expired. This happened tonight, I placed an order online and when I came in to pick it up the girl at the computer (red hair) was just standing with her arms crossed and her phone in another hand. She looked up and didn’t say a word. ( keep in mind she looked like she did not want to be there at all) I had to be the one telling her I had an order for pickup. I told her the name and she just put the order down at the table and didn’t even check the ticket to see if I had a drink. She went straight back to her phone not saying another word. I was still standing waiting for her to at least ask if I was waiting for something else and after she didn’t I got fed up and reached where they had the cups and grabbed it myself. Of course when I got home the ranch was once again expired. Don’t go here if you want to have regular decent service and ranch that is not expired.
