Female at the counter with glasses has a very nasty attitude. She rushes through the order and hardly gives you a chance to speak. The cooks don’t speak English or if they do, they just revert you back to the female taking the order. I have visited this place 4 times in the last 3 years but my most recent trip 3/31 was the worst. 2 people before me both had issues with the female, I didn’t pay much attention hoping it was just minor but sadly not. I had the same issues as the others ahead of me. It wasn’t at closing time, there wasn’t a long line and there was no reason to be rushing. Sadly with the mask and her dialect you can’t understand her very well. No need for such a nasty attitude and going 1000 mph. Food is mediocre at best. At least the food could be better to offset the nasty attitude but that is not the case. Unless you REALLY want greasy lo mien avoid this place.

Fast service. Friendly staff. Food is always hot, fresh and DELICIOUS. never has my order been wrong. Loved going to Sarku Japan in Dover Mall. Glad they opened up here in Salisbury.

I get this when I’m on the side of town where it’s in a wasteland mall that honestly the only reason I go is to get this, great food, great service at least for me. It is something I highly recommend, every part of the menu is delicious

They messed up my order I asked for Vegetables and they gave me non they were rude to me and my Daughter they burnt my chicken and they charged me extra with something that I DIDN’T ORDER and I was frustrated and there food is not worth 30 bucks would not recommend they are one of The worse restaurants don’t go there please
