Komigi Ramen was excellent. We had a few appetizers and ramen bowls. The broth was smooth and not overly salty like I’ve had at other places. The service was excellent, too. I definitely recommend this place.

Food was good. Not great. Nothing special. I was underwhelmed. The bamboo had a strong rancid flavor in the soup. Honestly, I’ve had better dishes at home with the higher-end Shin ramen packages. The service was great and the place was clean.

I had no idea this place was here, let alone opening today. I’m not kidding. I saw it going home and took a detour to go try it. I’m a big ramen fan, and I’m so happy that this is here close to home! I’ve had to go out of town to get good ramen, and the best is now so close! The atmosphere is fresh, new, and so clean. The wait wasn’t long, our waitress was so nice, and the food is amazing! All of it is so good. You can’t make a bad choice. I got the tonkotsu and it’s the best version of it I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back!!

Happy to have a Ramen restaurant near the house. Food is good and the service awesome. Their focus and delivery is very good. Wish they had more appetizers on the menu. Their Ramen noodles are aldente and hold the broth well. Great chew and delicious. I wish the broth had more taste to it. It is delicious but missing a little more depth. Beautiful presentation. Order is delivered relatively quickly after ordering. The take out option is awesome and their bowl is designed for delivery. Noodles are separated from the broth so you can combine them together when you get home.

Komugi is definitely the best Ramen choice in Hendersonville, and probably Sumner Co. in general. The laid back atmosphere and reasonable prices makes it perfect to take the family.
