I arrived at said establishment no more than a month or two ago me & my girlfriend. Due to it being a new bar recently in Pike County I decided to check it out.

I LOVE Guapo’s! The food is amazing, they have a huge variety, and prices are good as well. My best friend and I always share a plate because the portions are large as well. The owners are very kind people, so that’s an extra win. We go many times a month and I 100% recommend! 5 stars all around ❤️

They have a large selection of food and all of it that I’ve tried is great! The prices are extremely fair especially when you consider the portion sizes and the people that work here are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went in for a nice meal, left sick as dog. Now don’t get me wrong a lovely place with nice waitresses. Started feeling bad into the first few bites, we ordered Hawaiian chicken, cheese dip and another dish. Went to pay and it hits my friend they had to throw up. ‍♀️

First, this Guapos is definitely a SPORTS BAR. NOT a Mexican restaurant like the poor reviews claim. I’ve been to both this location and the Smithdale location, and the difference in menu is very noticeable. The Smithdale location has great Mexican food and I highly recommend it if that is what you’re going for. The McComb location has more of a burger/wings/drinks type of atmosphere. It’s not going to have the bottomless chips and salsa from Mexican restaurants, which I noticed people complained about in reviews. Also, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is very friendly, despite the fact you can tell they could use more help. The frozen margaritas are phenomenal, the queso birria tacos are amazing, and the burgers are a hit with my younger cousins. My all-time favorite at both Guapos restaurants has to be the 570 Burrito, please try it if you get a chance. Overall, it’s a 10 for me. Wonderful locally owned and run business. I recommend it to anyone that stops by McComb.

Our order came out very quickly and the food was delicious. I ate u 570. It was too big and delicious and they have a variety of beers.

Just don’t go. Only had 1 of 3 appetizers requested. The mushrooms came with no dip.I ordered tilapia tacos and got shrimp tacos long after everyone else . So, I just didn’t eat. Lemons in the lemon water appeared used.

I ate here on 3 different occasions and all 3 I ordered different meals. All 3 meals were messed up… my steak was over cooked, my ribs were like burnt matches and my cheese burger came without cheese. The service is horrible, when ordering over priced beer it is impossible to get a refill. My friend could not get limes for his meal, was told they were out, but could get them if he ordered a corona with lime. The floors were dirty and they kept storage boxes on the stage. Never again!!!!

Ok… this would have been a 5 star, but they charge for salsa relills. The only reason people keep eating chips and salsa is because they haven’t gotten their food. So, they either need to server faster or honor the long held Mexican Restaurant traditional of unlimited chips and salsa! Food was great, but that extra charge for refills of chips and salsa is a real downer for me at a Mexican restaurant.
