7/13/22 – The food overall was pretty good. It seems like they’ve changed a few things since the last time I visited. The steak had hardly any flavor and my wife said the same about the chicken. The queso was way different than previous and the chips tasted a bit off. Not the same quality I’m used to from Qdoba. Also, there are no longer straws available. The design and shape of the lid is awful, I ended up taking it off so I could drink my soda. Was 4 stars, now I’ve knocked it down to three. I’ll be back, hopefully today was just a fluke with the food.

Incredibly slow employees seem to be oblivious to the back up that their sloth is creating. The dining room is littered with refuse. I can only hope that all the flies in the dining room are not emanating from some rotting food in the kitchen.

I’d say about 70% of the time they are out of fajita veggies for some reason. Also pretty slow service, and lots of new people that will barely put any rice or protein in your bowl/burrito. I pickup my online order to find what looks to be a kid meal w/ no fajita veggies (which I ordered). They really just barely cover the bottom of the burrito bowl with rice lol

it’s just me
The food was old and had sat for no telling how long. The air conditioning wasn’t working and this is the end of July with a heat index of 108°!!!! Needless to say, my experience was lacking at best! Their food is entirely too expensive to receive food that is no good or mediocre at best! I won’t be returning to Qdoba’s!!!

I went to this location 1 1/2 hours before closing time. There were no black beans & very few chips. I had ordered 3 cheese nachos with chips on the side & the young man helping me told me that luckily there would be enough for my order but they would be out after that. Then he asked me if I wanted to add queso & chips to my order. I told him I would if there were enough chips. He politely told there probably wouldn’t be so we agreed I would skip that part. When I got to the register to check out, the lady asked me what I had & I told her I had 3 cheese nachos with chips on the side & a burrito. I told her I’d like to have queso to if she had enough chips and she told me didn’t. The kicker….I suppose she decided she didn’t have enough for the nachos I ordered either because she didn’t give us any at all!!!! I know she had enough for that because I saw them!!! We didn’t know until we got home that there were no chips…..that made dinner not so good for my husband and I don’t like that!!!! Do better Qdoba

Ordered ahead of time thru the website. Half an hour later, the order is still not ready even when the place has no clients. Overall, I had to wait over 40 mins to get my food. Waiting times are unacceptable. They could be more efficient and care more about the service quality.
