I went through the drive-thru today and placed my order and the lady asked me if I would be kind enough to donate money to some charity. I responded with no thank you. I pull up to the window she’s extremely rude to me and my question is hey Arby’s do you donate to that charity because I bet you don’t! You guys have the nerve to make your customers feel guilty about something you won’t even donate to yourself. I will never support you again!

Great food, meat sandwiches are made with high quality meats. I prefer the Market Fresh options, healthier version. Really good! Employees are friendly. I’ve gotten in the habit of tipping at fast food restaurants, because they work hard. Even if it’s just a buck, because they don’t get paid enough, if you are able to do it. Just a thought.

There was a line of cars at least 10 deep in the drive thru so we went into the restaurant which had a line 5 deep. All orders were taken in order which flowed quickly. The workers were skilled and handled the crowd well. Most patrons allowed space between others considering the lifting of masks mandates for the area. Very pleased with my experience there.
