Issue with quality and quantity on my order (three times in a row) this time I was smart enough to verify before pulling away. Very nice understanding manager made it right. This Pizza Hut is lucky to have her with great customer service. Manager 5 stars, taste 5 stars, boneless wing quality 1 star. My only qualms with this particular Pizza Hut is that the pizza is very dry. Is there a reason why there is basically no sauce on the pizza? I have even ordered extra sauce and that doesn’t help because it’s just put on the side and not added onto the pizza itself. Just a little disappointing

Maybe this restaurant could honor a customer like myself. I earned free wings, ordered them, went to the location to pick up the wings and no one was at the store. It was 11am so the location had to be open. I called and no one answered. The next day I stopped and tried to get my free wings but I was declined.

I placed an order through the app and 10 minutes later my spouse went to pick it up and was told they lost the order, the male refused to give his name and slammed the window. She waited and I called and spoke to a male who sounded intoxicated said the manager was out and said tell me your problem, I explained and he responded with “that’s the problem when you order on line” then hung up. I called back a a female who identified herself as Yolanda said she was the manager and stated I was disrespectful by not picking up my order and they resold my order and screamed at me after I told her it’s been 14 minutes and it says the order is ready, she hung up and yelled at my spouse to just move from the lane. I paid and never got my order or refund, so I will never use pizza hut app or business again. I was informed that the manager name is Yolanda Garner! That’s professional for you!

I made my own pizza, first time trying this combination – medium, hand hand tossed, no sauce, light cheese, ham, onions, light pepperoni and banana peppers and omg they nailed it!! It was crunchy and so delicious exactly how i wanted it. And this is the the 2nd time ordering here. The 1st time was the same – surprisingly super good and great customer service too!

Heard it’s awesome food if they answer your call or take you off hold. Only recommendation would be to add some hold music for your long delays in service. Will be back when I am bored to listen the phone tones. So far I have enjoyed this virtual reality pizza in my mind as I wait to be taken off hold. Thanks!
