The service, atmosphere and food were wonderful. This is really “clean and fresh” food so no worries about not eating healthy but the flavors don’t leave you feeling like you’re missing out on something. All of the sauces totally complimented their dish and the portions were large enough to share. It is worth the drive to Rancho Vistoso , Oro Valley as your taste buds will thank you. Price is also very reasonable.

Amazing and authentic Thai food! I always recommend this place to anybody I know heading to Tucson for the weekend. I love their Pad Thai and their noodle soup selection. Always friendly customer service every visit. This time we tried something different from our usual order and ordered the Mango Chicken we keep hearing about and it did not disappoint. I love the crispness of the chicken and the sauce was the perfect amount. I loved the Spicy Fried rice with medium spice. It had a good kick from the first to the last bite. You can taste the basil over the spice and it is delicious. The portion is pretty good for lunch and so filling. I definitely felt like I could use a nap after such an amazing meal.

Very friendly service from the waitress. Food was also pretty good. We tried our main staples and were overall happy with those dishes. The price to serving size could have been slightly better, but for Oro Valley it is to be expected. They did give a complimentary desert as well, so that offset the rest of the meal.

Just went here for dinner and it was not crowded at all on a Sunday evening around 6:30 which was perfect! We had two nice waitresses who were good to check up on us and refill waters. I got the chicken pad see ew which was delicious! Big portions so saving some for later. Overall a good experience with yummy food!

We had a GREAT experience at Mali Thai this evening. We ordered take out for us and family. Our vegan dishes (Yellow Curry and Pad Woon-Sen without the egg) were excellent and the non vegan dishes (Drunken Noodle with beef, shrimp, & chicken, and the mixed vegetables with chicken) all got rave reviews. We will definitely eat there again.

The BEST Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Also, try their Strawberry soda, they mix it there and it’s delicious. Menu very clearly displays vegan and gluten free options. Great service. Got the impression it was family run. We will be back, often.

I went here as a recommendation from a friend, It did not disappoint. Everything was delicious . I had the crispy wings , sticky rice , shrimp green curry (medium heat) & of course a thai iced tea. Everything was tasty , flavorful and service was friendly & quick. 10/10 recommended . Will be back to try more

We had Tom Yum Gai as an appetizer, which was the real deal. So much chicken we couldn’t eat it all! We also ordered Pad Thai. Very good! Also beef Panang. It is just the way remember getting from some of the finest places around the country. Our server, Ellis, was cheerful and friendly. Attentive but not over the top. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and will be back.

Had the panang curry with chicken. Delicious! I got it medium spicy and was not disappointed. A good amount of heat.

Its almost frustrating that i cannot give this place a better rating. Hear me out. Lets get the positives out of the way. The food is very clean. Healthy? Some dishes more than others. The venue is clean and bright/vibrant. For $10 the dine in portions are generous and consistently a good temperature. And that’s where it stops. How could it be 2 stars then? Well first of all the food is very clean, as in bland. Painfully so. During my first visit i forgot to order my food to be made spicy (as is one of the first things they mention on the menu that any item can be customized to your desired level of spicy) so i asked for chili and got a dry ground type of red pepper and a wet chili sauce/paste which helped wake up the food a bit. So on my second visit i tried to order my food made spicy from the kitchen and the waitress told me no? She offered some under her breath explanation about how the other patrons didnt like it (it was a predominantly older Caucasian crowd on both days) and that she would just bring me chili to spice up my food (they didnt bring me the dry seasoning this time). Why have it be an option at the very start of your menu if you are going to refuse me? They forgot to bring me a lunch salad on my 2nd visit. Another note of frustration is that they give you a very small glass of water and they dont refill it nearly fast enough. I was thirsty before, during, and after my visits! Four dishes later i can confidently say i will not be returning.
