Definitely stop for breakfast, I’ll have to try lunch next time. Large portions and great service. The kid’s pancake is huge and the regular pancake is the size of a medium pizza! Everything was delicious and we’ll be back.

My wife and I eat here at least once a week. The food and service here is fantastic(and affordable). Having just moved to Swanton it’s nice to know we can support our local businesses and also enjoy a lovely meal. We’ll continue to come back!!

It really doesn’t matter what you order here, everything is so good, the best home cooking around, hands down. Their soups and chili is awesome, their omelettes are to die for and the burgers are outstanding. My neighbor swears by the fish sandwich. The only problem I have is deciding what I want because I want everything. I do a lot of take out due to my schedule but it’s always a treat to dine in. It’s the perfect small town diner with excellent food. They never disappoint.

Giving a pass on slow service for New Year’s day. We weren’t in a hurry anyway. Food is great. I had the Benji’s Benedict, which is eggs Benedict with a ham steak instead of back bacon. Even got a bonus cheese omelette out of the deal, because they rang one up by mistake. (Didn’t charge us for it, of course. ) I will come back.

We are working a job in the area and decided to stop for breakfast before going to the job site. The food was great, the young man working was friendly enough. Being a small business owner myself customer satisfaction is a high priority to insure I have retuning customers. The price for 3 people to eat breakfast was insane! We understand inflation is affecting everyone but this is border line price gouging! 2 omlettes with gravy and hash browns, a breakfast bowl type thing, a side of ham, OJ, pop, and coffee was $79.00. Breakfast is the cheapest meal to purchase and costed more than our dinner did at a steak house. We’re definitely one and done customers, it’s a shame too cuz we find ourselves working in the area often.
