4.5 overall; Food 4 – Fresh ingredients and tasty. Not as authentic as what else is around. Small portions of rice seem like a small thing but skimping on rice bothers me. Wife was able to enjoy the fried rolls because they were made with chicken. Kids liked the oversized drink portions and popcorn chicken. Ambiance 5 – Clean and modern. Plenty of outdoor seating. Kids enjoyed the age appropriate content, Coco, on the TV. Service n/a – counter ordering, settings given after ordering, self serve water. $92 – 4 people

Staff greeted us and say’s we can sit anywhere we want, gave us menu and offered drinks. She’s very nice and very patient, took awhile for me to decide what to eat ‘coz it was our first time here. Have to give the chef thumbs up. It’s like you have it at home, a full bowl of ingredients not just water soup. There are so many distinct flavors in the bowl that you can not find in other Pho shops. It’s a piece of cooking art.

Brand new restaurant with really nice decor. The servers are really friendly, but you can tell that some are still easing into the job. The Pho broth is nice and rich. It’s not as thin as other Pho Hoa franchises. The star anise aroma is a bit too strong and could be toned down a bit. The meat is pretty standard.
