I’ve always enjoyed their breakfast & I was use to going to the location on State street but this particular Saturday I was off so I decided to try this one out since it was closer. I got my food & it was Hot and Fresh exactly how I ordered it. I had the sausage 3egg breakfast with grits, scrambled eggs well done w/ toast & a extra sausage. Just what I needed to get my morning started. Everything was good & most definitely will be back to catch that Hot breakfast again.

Shorted my sausage bites from my order and overcooked the eggs. 6/18/23-Well here I am again. It won’t let me leave a new review so I’ll just add to the old one. I placed a delivery order for 2 of their ‘roadie’-size teas and called to ask for an extra cup of ice. They said I could have a small cup of ice per drink. They made the drinks with NO Ice, so I ended up with less ice than if I hadn’t called. Iced tea is much better if it actually has ice to make it cold. And that low-carb bowl thing was about half the size of what’s pictured and they didn’t include anything to eat it with. To top things off, it took them half an hour to make my order. And they still need to learn what an ‘over-easy’ egg looks like.

I stopped here for breakfast. I always get the grit bowl meal. The cashier took my order promptly at the menu board. It was the wait of getting the food. It took us 45min to get the bowl, only for it to be a quarter full which is normally half full and it was cold. I don’t know if they were short-handed or what, but cars were ordering and leaving because once you make it to the window, you are going to sit another 15 to 20 min and wait for the food to come out of the window.

Literally the worst, dirtiest fast food place in the area. Orders are always messed up and it takes forever to get your incorrect order at that. Corporate needs to step in and take over this one, it’s to far out of reach. I’d stay away!

Sat at the order box for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged my presence. Went to the window, sat for another 10 minutes while employees walked by. Finally a rude young woman opened the window and asked what I wanted. I gave her my order, she said it would take a while, to which I said I would wait, I’d already been there for 20 minutes! I can see the lobby area while I’m waiting and it seems that most of the employees must be on break, that’s why the ate having problems taking orders! This use to be a good Krystal, but I guess it’s gone to HELL now!
