Took my daughter to Sandy Plains for her 1st ever Firehouse Subs Sandwich experience. I explained to her the differences between other sandwich shops (that shall not be named) and Firehouse. Explained how it started and what it represents. She thought it was interesting. Now…when she took the 1st bite into the Smokehouse C&B her face said it all! She was BLOWN away. She said it was so good. It is now her favorite place to go.

No. Just no. I waited 30 min for two salads and one large sub. At no point was there any acknowledgement of the long wait or apology for it. The food was good, but definitely not worth waiting that long for.

Never experienced such awkwardness at a restaurant. The poor boy behind the register looked terrified of me. The man who made our sandwiches took 30 minutes to do so. He also had a very obvious staring problem. It was uncomfortable. Do not recommend. All over weird time.

Disgusting. Employee who prepared my sandwich, who wasn’t wearing and apron or hairnet, opened the front door with his gloves on and didn’t change them before making sandwiches. He then started eating bread from the bread supply directly over the preparation area AND CRUMBS FELL FROM HIS MOUTH ONTO THE SANDWICH HE WAS MAKING . He didn’t bat an eye.

We’ve only ever gotten the pickle we asked for once. The food is good but the service isn’t friendly. Granted they aren’t rude just blunt.

This was the slowest store ever, there were 5 people working there and one person in front of me and it still took 30 minutes for them to make my sandwich. I don’t understand how it takes so long.

I came up to the front counter while 3 men were preparing sandwiches. I was never greeted nor did they ever ask what I wanted and or needed.

It took 25min to make 2 sandwiches (kids grilled cheese and med Italian). A lot of people were standing around waiting for their meals. The CocaCola Freestyle machine was out of all diet drinks. The manager refused to fix it or offer a canned diet drink as a replacement.
