Don’t confuse this place with a 1950’s ice cream stand….. at its heart it is an ice cream stand, but they volume they sell allows for some of the freshest ice cream available, and there is a huge difference in fresh ice cream and the stuff that sits for weeks at a time in the freezer. Combine that with a huge selection as well as freshly prepared food (that’s also excellent), and the updates to the outdoor sitting area, this makes an ideal stop in an otherwise unremarkable town.

Excellent as always. I was so pleased with the child’s burger meal – it was inexpensive and just the right portion for my 4 year old. I saw a lot of customers getting salads, and I’m going to try that for myself next time. They looked very good. Service friendly and speedy. Love the new pergola they put up because it shields some of the street noise.

Service was good, like the new patio area. My only complaint is we went for hard ice cream and it wasn’t hard at all, it was very soft like a soft serve ice cream and it was so soupy it was dripping all over the place.
