Not tasty. You’re better off buying a freezer pizza for cheaper price and better taste. Cheese is rubbery and crust is hard with no flavor at all. Cheese bread not all that great. My whole family had one slice and I had to toss the rest.

I ordered my Factory Special pizza and was told it would take 45 minutes. When i showed up it turns out the pizza was not even started. The cashier told me they would start it right away and now would have to wait an additional 30 min. I finally received my pizza and drove 20 minutes back home to find out they made me a combo pizza not the Factory Special. When i called and spoke to the cashier she apologized for the mixup and stated to make it right she would add my name on a list for a free pizza of my choice at my next visit for the extra wait time and screw up on my order. Here I am today trying to redeem the offer only to have a response that I am nowhere on a list. They stated the Manager could offer half off, best he can do. This upset me, so I asked for the owner who I have heard was pretty understanding when it came to his employees mistakes. Well it turns out the Manager on duty was the owner. I of course refused the 1/2 off offer and will choose to take my business elsewhere. Its the principal of it all. I grew up on this pizza and it its sad to say I will not be spending my money here anymore. I advise you check your orders and prepare for mistakes that happen often at this business.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! Everything about this place is amazing! The Food! The service! The quickness! Everything was just perfect!! I wish I could rate this place 100 stars! The new owners really perfected everything! They have Amazing Staff that’s very well trained! But the pizza ??? Omg!! The pizza was amazing! Words can’t describe How great this location is and so close! Now I can have my favorite pizza all the time! If you’re thinking about coming here make sure you bring your whole family and Order an extra pizza to go or you’ll regret it!

Ordered an All Meat X Large pizza as I didn’t want to cook dinner tonight and it was piping hot when I picked it up which was great as it was still hot when I got it home. The whole family loved it!! They have an extensive menu of food such as calzones, sandwiches, salads, and pasta dishes. Can’t wait to try their other foods!

The prices are higher than other locations and when we complained was told the order can be canceled but they would still charge me 6 bucks for the cost of making the food. I have never heard of that in all my life. And they charge twice amount as other locations…..
