Me and few friends decided to order the “deep dish” pizza, and it was arguably the most disappointing deep dish we have ever had, it was just….cheese. There was no sauce , no meat, just cheese and grease. The sausage tasted like dog food and we paid $31 for this. $15 pizza max, Jalapeño poppers were great tho. We had to force ourselves to eat this pizza to not waste $31. We thought this “deep dish” was gonna be thick…it was smaller then a regular slice of pizza like there was nothing inside. Very very disappointing and a waste of money.

To be honest other than the wait my food was fantastic. I enjoy the crust and enjoy the cheese. Im a real stickler for pizza and something about this place really hits the spot for me. Give it a try.

If I could give them no stars I would. They have gone down the drain these last two years, horrible pizza and customer service. I’ve really tried ordering from them twice but both times this past March have been so bad. Disgusting raw pizza, even after ordering it well done I get a half way cooked one and a pathetic one with barely any pepperoni. The delivery service is super slow. The pizza is never done right or not cooked all the way. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place. They DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS, let alone how to properly cook pizza. Definitely never ordering from here, after so many years of ordering from them it’s sadly not the same quality or service.

I work graveyard shift so I called for a deep dish at 1140 they close at 1230 a lady answered the phone polite when I asked to order dip dish she said no we not taking any orders and hung up no sorry no any thing just click you would think with inflation business will take order until close time..To the manger ur employee cost u $60 this evening just letting you know…..

I purchased an xl pizza from the hammond in location 06/02/2023 me and my kids didn’t finish the pizza yesterday so I warmed it up for them today as my baby was eating the pizza he comes to me and it’s plastic inside the pizza I called spoke with the manager (a women) I didn’t get her name but she was very rude she dismissed me said well I wasn’t here yesterday do you got the green paper that came with your order I said no I paid with my card I signed the receipt when the delivery driver arrived and the only thing that was on the box was a menu she then said well unfortunately there’s nothing I can do and hung the phone up i wasn’t looking for a refund or another pizza I just wanted her to hear me out cause my son could’ve choked on the plastic so I called back and spoke with her again she was getting aggravated so I said ma’am I don’t want a refund or nothing from you guys I’m just calling to inform you she said well I’m very busy and you’ll have to speak with the manager that was on duty that day and hung up in my face that was so unprofessional I’m trying to prevent accidents and law suits I’m very appalled with the situation that accrued

The pizza was terrible it looked like a person with no experience made it i ordered a giant pepperoni and it literally had like 18 slices of pepp ridiculous the crust was funny (shape was oval lol not round ) and on top of that
