Came on a Monday at lunch time after order was placed online. Order was never received and it took 40 minutes to fix rice noodles and 2 soup. Waitress was more concerned with her boyfriend and their drink from jacket nutrition than making sure customers were taken care of.

It’s a good place to eat but some customers who comes in, they have conversations with a lot of ugly talking and the owners want tell them to keep the ugly out of their conversation because when you got families there with little children you need to watch your mouth. But my husband Timmy told them to watch their mouth around his wife.

The food at this place has really gone down hill. I don’t know why I keep giving them a chance. If you’re in Hazlehurst and want Chinese, go to ANY place other than this one to get food. Even go to Walmart and get something frozen to put in the microwave. Beyond bad.

I’ve been a waitress at New China for about a year, and we have nothing but the friendliest environment and just wonderful service overall! The food can be a tad pricey, but it’s definitely worth it. You’ll leave with a full belly, and ready for a nap… Guaranteed!

Would give less than 1 star if it was an option. Completely inedible. Smelled awesome and looked great. Everything seemed to be cooked in a microwave. Will not be returning. Literally enjoyed my McDonald’s after i was unable to eat this trash.

New China saves the day!!! I placed an order with Door Dash and had a Dasher accept immediately. I watched as the icon got to within a block of the restaurant and stopped, remaining unmoving for over 20 minutes. I tried to reach out to the Dasher to see if she was okay, but got a “who is this” response. Contacted Door Dash support and this guy said the restaurant was very busy.
