Had a friend tell me this place was good a few years ago. Finally tried it last night. They were willing to deliver even though it was very close to closing time. The pizza was awesome! Will definitely order from here again given the chance. Highly recommended.

I used to get my pizza from this Osgood location about once a week. I understand they have been bought by a new person. They stopped using the same amount of toppings they did before the sale. This location is nothing more than low quality, high priced, bar food now. I ordered extra cheese when I used to order from here. Before I learned of the sale I couldn’t understand why the cheese didn’t even cover the pizza anymore. Now that I understand why the quality has dropped so low, I’m not ordering from this location anymore.

I have ordered Duane’s House of Pizza since the late 70’s so I just have to say… what the heck has happened to this place? I just had a pizza with no sauce and cheese on like 5-6 pieces, around 4-5 huge air bubbles in the pizza, pizza was smaller than usual, undercooked, the onions are still hard, what the heck has happened to this place, it’s so inconsistent and just not the same! The Tavern will be getting our pizza business from now on, Duane’s is terrible and I never thought that I would ever say that!!

Decent and loved that they cut the pizzas into squares instead of triangular slices, makes sharing a lot easier. Limited menu and even if you order for pickup on the phone they still try to take your address. Got a sausage and green pepper pizza and it was really good (base could have been a tiny bit crispier in the center of the pizza).

Good pizza, not quite as ‘delish’ as the first time I had it from the South Univ location, so not sure it was worth the steeper price it costs here. Also I know they are a newly opened location but things sure could be labeled better! Maybe mention that the pickup location is actually located WITHIN the bar and not a stand alone business. Then maybe have some signage inside showing you where to pick up the pizza. I wasn’t sure which outside door to use, or who to ask to pick it up. It’s a very nondescript unlabeled back corner kitchen hallway I guess. Ages 18-20 only allowed during restricted late morning/early afternoon time frames.

Pizza was one of the best I’ve had a Duane’s Pizza. They brought the pizza out to the car for me. Staff were friendly, order was correct, pizza was hot and delicious!! FYI- Duane’s Pizza on University Drive is temporarily closed on Sunday and Mondays right now. Checked the Pourhouse Duane’s and they were open. It’s actually known as the Osgood Duane’s Pizza, I guess.Enjoy!

I ordered a large vegetarian pizza w/ black olives, a large black olive pizza was delivered. I called to tell them about the error, the manager didn’t believe me and hung up on me. I wasn’t expecting any refund, I wanted to express my disappointment. He went on to imply it was my fault, I said I sympathize with the order taker, he was preoccupied, and probably frazzled. However, there is no excuse for the Manager’s behavior. I can’t endorse thier customer service,. the pizza was fine, average, but got the job done.

Love their food but their pick-up order process has to be one of the worst! They have no designated spot just a sign to stand under in the back of the bar… very awkward and you will 9 times out of 10 have to ask the bar staff for help to even reach a Duane’s employeee after awhile of waiting there.
