I can understand the other reviews now The customer service is awful with that said, the food is terrible and horrible. The employees seems to think they supposed to get a free check without working. I’m going to leave a little advice, this is fast food and if you don’t want to work there please don’t fill out the application and work there, and make everything horrible for the customers. So please treat your customers with little more respect like you would want when you go out to a restaurant and order. If you can’t seem to get it right please close this location. That way it would solve the rudeness that goes on here.

Wow, okay, first of all – it’s fast food, I get it. The food is gonna be greasy and you aren’t there for customer service, you’re there for a greasy piece of chicken. So keep that in mind when I say even for fast food standards, this place is horrible. Like, ‘would easily be shut down TODAY if a health inspector so much as glanced in there,’ kind of horrible.

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes before being told to come inside to find most employee on break reason why at dinner time mind you. Employee with long dreads, lashes and fingernails too long to be in food services had attitude. Asked for something she said they didn’t have seasoning for it. Order 2 piece thighs with fried. Finally got it to find leg not thigh and fries were stale. Asked for fresh fries and was questioned if I wanted to wait 3 minutes because they had to cook some more. Again dinner time. I am not from this area, here for work and sadly disappointed in this place. Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional.

Employees were very rude. I was going to ask for a refund but, I didn’t cause I had already stood waiting on a 2 piece chicken for 20 mins (when they had plenty of chicken already done) I Kinda wondered if they were gonna spit in my food or something after that. During my wait tho there were Children of an employee running around in the dining area screaming to the top of their lungs. Crying as the mother was hollering from the back to shut up and go watch his phone. It was an experience for sure.

This is probably the worst ran franchise I’ve ever seen. These people clearly have no interest in progressing in life and the district manager and or other area managers should be fired. This has been this way literally for years and seemingly this is okay for KFC’s standards. Let me be clear. I rarely leave reviews but this is outrageous. How poorly ran this franchise is. New management is definitely needed.

only leaving a star because i cannot leave zero, woman has her children in the restraunt and lets them run around and yelling. Very bad atmosphere, felt very unsafe. Woman behind counter was screaming at someone the whole time and there was very loud music playing the whole time. Would not come again.

Employees are rude, floor dirty, we had to clean the table, seemed annoyed instead of talking they yell, have kids running and yelling around the tables, mixed orders. Terrible experience. They do not know what a decent customer service is.
