We had a large event/party here this past weekend. It could not have been more perfect. Amy, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to communicate with me in planning and making sure the night was just perfect. The food was excellent and it was clear that a lot of attention and coordination went in to getting 65 people served at the same time. Huge shout out to the kitchen manager, Austin. The entertainment was great. The service was exceptional! I’m not sure I can praise this team enough! Great Job Big Mike’s Auburn!!

The food is good, but for this restaurant to charge what they do and then want to charge me around $4 to use my debit card to pay for the meal is absolutely ridiculous! The meal was two dinners, one appetizer, and two alcoholic drinks. The total was $111.18 and I wasn’t told there would be an additional charge for using my card. I found out after the swiped my card and I seen an additional $4 charge. There are other steakhouses that are just as good and don’t charge extra to use a card. I wouldn’t care if this was the best steakhouse in the world….I won’t be eating here again! The owners being cheap a**¥+^# cost them future business. And I’m confident I’m not the only one. They make a killing off the food or they wouldn’t be able to stay in business for as long as they have only being open 4 nights a week. So they shouldn’t so petty and cheap!

The best steak I have had in quite some time. The bread, salad and appetizer was great too. The server was super nice! We got there early and it was a good thing. When we walked out, customers were in a long line waiting to eat.

This particular restaurant had very good food and we enjoyed a nice evening together. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed while we ate and helped us out when we had questions about the menu. We came for dinner and so there was about a 30-minute wait, but the food was very good and it was worth it. It’s a little bit pricier so it may be a more special occasion place to eat.

Big Mike’s lived up to their name, the 24 oz ribeye was exactly what you need when craving steak. It was cooked exactly as I ordered it and there wasn’t enough scraps left for my fur buddies. Don’t pass up this opportunity for a great meal and a cold beverage served by their friendly staff.

Ordered an appetizer and a couple of steaks. Excellent cuts of meat cooked as ordered. My steak was quite salty, but otherwise very good. The server and every other person who came by the table was cordial and efficient.
