Ordered a carryout with the Beef Barley soup. I was delish!! Lots of beef barley and veggies. It was not overly salty like many restaurant soups are. I was happy to find the base was beef broth like it should be. Several delis I’ve ordered that soup from was actually made with chicken broth!! It doesn’t taste good made without the beef broth IMO. Way less flavor. The egg and tuna salads I ordered were very good too.

First time here. I’d eat here again. I love spinach and feta omelets. Probably one of my favorite breakfast meals so I’ve had a few of them in my time. This one here called a Mediterranean Omelet did not disappoint. In fact it I found the addition of olive tapenade an outstanding addition and the feta was…..well…WOW. Nice sized hunks and tasted similar to ricotta and mozzarella combined. That’s the best I could describe the rich & creamy yet firm deliciousness of the feta. I don’t know why it tasted a bit different but it was a good difference and I devoured it all. The potatoes were also great. The side of pickles was also superb. I love fresh dills. This place is a winner in my opinion and a lucky stop for me on a busy day. (I know I’m always in good hands eating in West Bloomfield. Their standards are high.)

Ordered carry out and there was 1 piece of corn beef and Turkey and very little cheese. The salad was all lettuce. I ordered the same salad from another deli and it was filled with meat and cheese. And for $20 I think they could have made a better salad. Plus ordered it chopped and it was not.

Ordered a sandwich here last week and was disappointed to come home and find that I was missing one of the slices of bread to my sandwich! For a 15$ sandwich this was the last thing I expected. Overall, I thought the flavors were good, but waiting in the store for an extra ten minutes along with not being able to eat half of my sandwich properly pretty much hampered the experience.

I went on Mother’s day, which really isn’t the best day to judge a restaurant but I couldn’t have been more pleased. The service was prompt and perfect, the food was delicious with plenty to take home. I had matzo ball soup with noodles, very yummy, and the best reuben sandwich EVER. Can’t wait to go back
