The ladies are always rude, definitely not consistent with typical chik-fil-a customer service. The food is premade and sitting on a hot plate, it is not made to order or customizeable and they have far less options. Everything is cold and rushed, especially the workers’ attitude

This is the worst chick fila I have ever been to. I know it’s on a college campus so I don’t expect them to be as stellar as a regular franchise but dang are they rude on a regular basis and don’t know anything. Especially the older ladies. I asked for the $6.50 meal deal plastered big on the wall and they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about and charged me for a regular meal. Then after they charged me they explained that the meal deal has a small fry not a regular like “you ordered”…..WHAT?! I asked for the meal deal and WHATEVER it included with it lady!!
