I’m usually one to support local businesses, especially when it represents my cultural roots, but my experience at Island Grill was deeply disappointing. Firstly, the service was far from commendable. The lady at the front desk was not only abrupt but also downright rude. I wish I took a better pic of my food but I couldn’t wait ! Inside of restaurant is very clean, staff was so friendly and welcoming &&& the food !!!! Omg it was just better than what I was expecting. The jerk chicken is fall off the bone and spicy just how I like it & the drum stick chicken in the sauce was so flavorful. Letsss not forget the Mac & cheese nice hot and full of flavor. They have absolutely amazing empanadas they’re not to spicy they’re perfect our son loves it and he’s super picky eater it’s also very family oriented and cheap to eat!!! I’d definitely go back there and eat again without a problem thanks for the delicious food.

This place is amazing! The staff is respectful, professional and amicable. Island Grill is most definitely a must go to restaurant. They have very clear menu both in English and creole for the non native creole speakers. And they are also very welcoming to everyone. I’ve enjoyed going there to eat on a rather regular basis for years now. The food received is not only top quality but you also get plenty for the amount spent. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing food! Their customer service is amazing and very family oriented. They are always happy and welcoming. Everything you eat is delicious and fresh! They even have food ready to be served and go or you can order and it takes about 10-15 minutes depending on what you order. Black rice with Turkey griot is my favorite.

Not the best. I wouldn’t waste my time. The food was not what I expected. I really wanted Haitian food. The wait was very long and portions small and overpriced . Plus they charge $1.50 extra If you pay with your credit or debit card. That’s a total scam. Debit cards don’t cost anything to process. Move on to the next Caribbean place.
