Got the gluten free eggs Benedict. Was fantastic! My husband got the Japanese French toast and loved it. We both had great ice coffee. Knowledgeable for celiac and was able to eat safely. A truly wonderful brunch!

Walked in just about closing time and was graciously accommodated! The blankets on the chairs outside were very much appreciated…reminiscent of outdoor cafes and restaurants in Europe! Service was efficient and friendly…but the food….worth coming to Custer for this! I had the eggs Benedict with scallops…never experienced anything like it….highly recommend this gem!

This was an amazing find! Happy faces greeted us as we had a reservation. The Scandinavian theme creates a minimal and peaceful setting. We loved that it was “Haturday” when the staff wore hats. I had the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict. Great decision!! Best Benedict I have ever had! If you are anywhere near Mt Rushmore, Hjem A.M. is a must!

Amazing service & amazing food! The scallops Benedict is by far one of the best bennies I’ve ever had! I never saw the bottom of my coffee cup and our server approached our table with a smile every single time. Friendly staff all around—from the hostess stand, server and bussers. We will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been to quite a few very nice places, this place is very nice and they make you feel very welcome! I forget the owner’s name (sorry, not good with names), but she came around and spoke with everyone. It has a homey feel that has never been matched, and the food was excellent, too!

This was such a lovely little place to have a nice brunch on vacation. The food was absolutely delicious. Do not miss out on the deviled eggs with salmon or the Japanese French toast! I also had the bottomless bellini flight. It came with peach, raspberry, and mango puree to put in your champagne. I had so much fun today! We will definitely have to come back again.

A cut above for breakfast and brunch. Outstanding menu and choices that are above and beyond. Creative and delicious. Had the eggs benedict, eggs were cooked to perfection with generous chicken. Salmon benedict was also perfect. Mimosa came with fresh OJ and generous pour of champagne. Staff was beyond friendly, helpful and accomodating. What a great place for excellent breakfast food.
