A traditional BBQ with the traditional sides. I had the smoked sausage and brisket on this visit. The smoked sausage was really nice. The brisket was a little on the dry side and not overtly smoky. All of the sauces were tasty (they offered sweet, spicy, vinegar and mustard sauces).

If you’re purely evaluating a BBQ spot on the meat preparation then this place gets a five. Chicken ribs and pork were all done perfectly. They were out of brisket but I take that as a good sign. The staff was super friendly as well. But if you need okra with your bbq then you’re in trouble because this is a no fryer place which means no okra and fries. Other sides were interesting but a little sweet for my taste as was most of the sauce. I think next time I would just get a sandwich or consider them for catering.

This is great barbecue! I had the brisket plate with potato salad and baked beans, and the wife had the 2 meats plate with chicken, sausage, cole slaw and green beans. With that combination we were able to share a lot of good stuff and I can say it was all pretty fantastic. When I come back I’m going to try the southern lasagna which is supposedly Mac and cheese topped with Brunswick stew — sounds amazing.

Service with a smile! The person who greeted us and checked in on us was very kind and accommodating. The food was fantastic! I got the pulled pork plate and the pork was fantastic with little fat. Super Smokey flavor and incredibly tender. The baked beans were fantastic. If I’m ever on this side of town again I’ll definitely be coming back.

The Food here is good but because inflated prices and also was not the best I ever had I gave 3.5 out of 5 star . Staff was friendly but I paid 28.00 for a Single Coke Two meats and Two sides , I understand the up charge for certain meats but it felt a little pricey . Plus the meat was a little dry. Additionally they only had two sauces, which having a variety of tasty sauce is good especially if the meat is a bland and dry . Of course maybe I caught them on an off day but it doesn’t change the fact its kind of pricey.

This place is knockout everytime ! Greg and Celia are knowledgeable and always friendly. The Mac and cheese is decadent. I asked for extra bark on my pulled pork and they were happy to oblige. The sauce selection is prolific. I am a difficult person to please and this place hits all the right chords !! Be the hero at home and bring a family pack for your loved ones!!!

Amazing BBQ and even better customer service! Love this place so much that my boyfriend and I have become regulars! The Ruben sandwich is my fav besides the pulled port that’s a classic!! The mac and cheese is a must try!! All around, amazing place!
