I live in KC and work in Cleveland. First time here and the food is absolutely delicious. Everything very fresh and very Italian! I had the chicken Parm sa Iliana which has eggplant parm on top of the chicken parm. It blew me away. Everything was just perfection. Not a 5 star rating because the I terror could really use some updating. But go for the food and service. I will be back.

We occasionally do business in the area and decided to give Arrabiatas a try this Tuesday night. We had fast service and amazing food. We recently had cold, salty wedding soup at Papa Bear’s in North Canton. Arrabiata’s soup was fresh and like home made! We also enjoyed the hot bred and garlic butter, egg plant parmigiana and Arrabiata chicken. Outstanding!

Ordered carry out. Chicken parmesan was disappointing- the chicken was fibrous with sparse breading, and the sauce was unremarkable. The chicken fettucine alfredo was a little better- chicken again less than stellar, but the sauce was very rich and creamy. Side salad was good.

Heyo, ok so my fiancé and I have eaten here 3 times, which I think gives a fair assessment on food and service. The first time we ate here it was fantastic. Food and service was wonderful. I ordered shrimp and scallops and the scallops were awesome- just slightly underdone which was perfect for my taste. The second time we ordered a calamari appetizer, which was super over cooked; chewy and not enjoyable. We let the waitress know and she was great, fired us a new order, but still was super chewy. Our entrees were fine; I ordered the same thing as the first time since I loved it so much, but this time the scallops were sandy. We were just in tonight for a third time. It was not busy, but it took an hour and a half for us to get our entrees. When I inquired and said to the waitress, “I’m sure this is not any fault of yours, but is the kitchen backed up?” And she told us the appetizer we ordered ‘just took a long time to cook’. When our food finally came out, we just asked for to-go packages because we had been there for so long. We noticed other tables who were waited on by other servers were getting their apps, salad and food much quicker than we were. Maybe a hard night for this server but definitely won’t be back based on our 3 experiences.

BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE!!! I ordered the SPECIAL, which was simply delightful! It was a breaded chicken breast with portobello, spinach, procutto in a creamy Marcella sauce with Parmigiano risotto. It was the most delicious thing I have EVER eaten! This should be a staple for their menu for SURE. And our waitress Brigida was the BEST!!!

The food and service were excellent. The waitress was very good, and the busboy was very unassuming he’d slip in an out . It was great until the place got full. Then, the noise was deafening it actually hurt my ears. They need something to absorb the noise. May I suggest sheets of cork added to the walls. They can use watercolor to paint them. a little color wouldn’t hurt as it’s kind of a dreary dark gray in there with a tad bit of white. I’m sure they think it looks sophisticated, but some pops of color wouldn’t hurt. Not on the cork. Or, hey, maybe some artwork. A little here and there. It’s very monochromatic. I’m just saying.

In the middle of a busy street is this nice Italian place with great service. The chicken marsala was perfectly cooked and came with a side salad and linguini. Highly recommend for anyone looking for Italian in the area.

Real nice Ambience inside. A little noisy but most Italian restaurants are, as it was busy. And there was a good reason it was busy, the food was excellent,the service and staff were very well up for the job. It was my first time there. I am from out of town, but if I ever get back that way I would definitely go back there again.
