This location is getting worse. Today we picked up an online order, got back to see over riped, bruised avocado on our burgers. We paid $2 extra for avocado, you’d think it would be green. We ended up scrapping it off because it just looks gross. Makes you wonder what else are they sending out bad?? I also ordered fries EXTRA CRISPY and they were EXTRA SOGGY! Disgusting, cold, limp, oily fries – which went straight to the trash! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!! They definitely don’t take pride in the quality of the food they send out here.

I prefer to do Habit Curbside pickup. This is a very small habit & it can get busy and crowded very quickly. Very poorly designed restaurant, when it comes to literally only enough space for 2-3 people waiting to order- if there is a dinner rush, the line will wrap around & the self-serve fountain drink station & Spicy condiment bar are hard to access. Other than that, the service is consistently good. Once & awhile I get a Rogue chicken salad (too much dressing & croutons) & sometimes it’s perfect. I wish there was an option to sub crispy chicken to the grilled Cesar. But, I found a hack! Download the app- order a plain Cesar & a Kids crispy chicken meal- it comes to about the same price & you will get a side & kids drink. Best of both worlds baby!!!

The Habit is a delicious place to eat. From the hamburgers to the salads, I enjoy the options. Even $1 ice cream cones. The only thing that I would prefer, would be to have avocado slices instead of a scoop of avocado spread on my salad, which is an extra $1.59.

I got there with 0 line and waited 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries. When I got the order it was totally wrong, had to wait another 20+ minutes for my correct order. Sat outside waiting for the correct order and eventually went in to see what was happening and it had been done for several minutes and they just never came and got me. Burger ended up being cold as well as my fries. The manager made me feel like I was a nuisance even though I couldn’t have been more polite. She treated me and other patrons horribly. Worst experience I’ve had in a while at any establishment. Wont be going back and don’t recommend going to this location. Ever.

Just as good as any other Habit location, quality-wise, but the layout and design of the place is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. There’s only enough room inside for one or two people to stand in line, all the seating is outside, and you can’t stand in line or anywhere near it without getting in absolutely everybody’s way. It’s obviously not the fault of the employees or management or anything, it’s just a really bad and confusing building. Total chaos. Just order it from DoorDash.
