After reading previous reviews, I completely understand the ratings. This store used to be a favorite place for us. The coffee is not consistent. I bought two coffees and one tasted like cream and sugar without the coffee. I ordered an assortment of Munchkins and received 25 of only 3 different flavors. What has happened here?

Very nice place but tricky to get in and out. Service wasn’t the best and the bathroom was not clean, broken toilet paper holder cover on the floor. We ordered jelly doughnut and filled everything bagel balls but the bagel balls were just lukewarm not hot.

Placed a mobile order around ten minutes before I arrived. It wasn’t ready when I got there but the lady made it shortly after I showed up. The atmosphere is alright, bathrooms were sticky and toilet made a weird noise. They also didn’t have any napkins in sight. But, my cold brew and muffin tasted really delicious. I would return.

this is the third time and last i ever come to this dunkin, every single time i have experienced poor costumer service. coffee whether is iced or hot always tastes very milky and i asked if i could choose my own donuts when i asked for a dozen donuts. all i got was attitude from the girl who claimed they didn’t have many flavors to choose from so i didn’t get to choose. they should stop letting teenagers run the store.

I’m completely done with this Dunkin Donuts. I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant stuffer and tried to order 3 donuts that they did not have and a drink with lemonade. My croissant is burnt and it taste like they put tea in my drink instead of lemonade. Not the first time that has happened. It’s absolutely ridiculous how we pay for things not to be right. They hardly have the donuts you want and I heard them tell the person that was ordering behind me all the food items they didn’t have then laughed and said he should have just went to the store. Completely unprofessional. This will be my last time coming to this location.

I have gone to this location about three times over the last four year and every single time its horrible! The staff doesn’t greet you or acknowledge your presence at all. IF they finally take your order, it takes forever. I just wanted a donut. One. From the rack behind the person! Waited ten minutes and left without ordering. Maybe they are chronically understaffed, but service is awful!

This place charged $4.19 for a plain bagel and cream cheese!! And almost $3 for a SMALL coffee. What a ripoff and disgrace!! They are screwing their customers. Never again. A JOKE. A plain bagel costs them about 15 cents.
