I was there today around 6pm. I saw the survey option on the receipt, but they deserved more than that. The manager that was helping out as well as the other employees were awesome. They forgot one of my items, but before I even noticed, she ran outside to let me know and apologized. Most places wouldn’t care. They would have been like oh well! They were great! This is possibly the only Popeyes I will frequent. Lovely staff with lovely attitudes ❤️

When they were giving my my change the cashier told me that they didn’t have any pennies and laughed. She wasn’t laughing when I told her that I wanted all my change and that if she didn’t have any pennies take the loss and give me a nickel, why should your customers take the loss…the manager came over saying that she was the manager and they didn’t have any pennies. I told her the same thing…she proceeded to cuss, slammed the drive thru window shut…I sat there until I got my change. Imagine how much money they steal from their customers by the end of the day seven days a week!! Oh, this was at the knightdale, nc location

The chicken had a burnt fishy taste to it as if the cooking oil hasn’t been changed in some time.. . This was the issue with my last 2 visits… Cookout is giving them a run for their money! … I predict a closing soon .. SMH . No line on both occasions tho’ I wonder why

Came to this location after a bad experience at another one. Tiffany was absolutely wonderful. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location. Store was clean food was great! Great come back considering what we experienced at the location.

We bought a family meal and my father said the chicken tasted a day old. Tried calling several times and no one picked up. We spent 25 dollars on a meal and never ate any of the food. I only eat thighs and there were no thighs in the box. So we wasted 25 for nothing!!!

The managers have poor customer service, and aren’t friendly at all.They messed up my order, and then get an attitude when you ask for it to be corrected. I believe one of the managers name is Ms.Sharon she’s the only nice one in there.

The food was fresh, hot and very good after I has such a bad experience at another Soul Food place. And to top it off, there was only one lady working the front and one cook in the back. Kudos to them both. I didn’t catch a name but y’all did that!!! I HIGHLY recommend!!

We chose to drive by many fast food options to go to this Popeyes. We’re regular customers any time we’re close to one. Service was terrible, as it’s rough being completely ignored in the restaurant so they could make their drivethru timers. The spicy chicken sandwichs were over fried and oil saturated, crunchy with barely any sauce. And the order was incorrect.
