I went to the drive-thru tonight. It was 9:30 when I arrived. I ordered the family meal with chicken tenders, fries, and two sweet teas. After waiting 12 minutes (see receipt), I was given a box of dark meat, chicken and fries that were crunchier than kettle chips. (See below). Don’t waste your time or money!

3 stars! It’s was just okay. I ordered the 8 piece chicken tender box for $18…a bit pricey in my opinion considering it didn’t come with biscuits or any sauce. The drive thru line was a little frustrating The south Euclid location has a double drive thru but it seemed as though my lane or turn was not recognized in order….oh well. I don’t have to go back there, but I probably will when I can’t think of anything else.

Mr. Chicken was a last minute decision and I really enjoyed the Wednesday special. It was a 3 piece chicken with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and a fresh biscuit! It was raining hard but definitely worth the wait and the customer service was great! I will definitely patronize this business again!

Overpriced is normal now days but when you’re over charging Atleast give great quality food. I didn’t think to check my food before pulling off because the first time I ordered here I got great food! Not lastnight or today! I thought maybe they refried old chicken but today when I got my replacement order,the chicken was just about the same but not as dry so I’m assuming they don’t change their cooking oil often. Won’t be back. Paying $16 for 8 dry hard tenders is terrible.
