We decided to give this restaurant a try as we were looking for something different to try. The parking lot is small but it looks like you could park at wawa and walk over. We were a party of 2 and were able to walk in and get a table but it was very crowded at around 7 when we went. There was live entertainment and our waitress was fantastic. Our meals were absolutely delicious and not too pricey. They have a wide selection of options from seafood to pizza to chicken nuggets etc. The crab soup was by far my favorite that I’ve ever had. Not a ton of chunks of meat but the taste was fantastic. The grab cakes were full of meat and very little filler and a good size. The entree came with a huge thing of Mac and cheese and crunchy cole slaw. We also got the eggplant which was on par with other restaurants and the pulled pork sliders which were a fav. They were big enough to be a full meal.

What a surprise! The food was extremely well done. The Buffalo shrimp were so tasty, they reminded me of Key West pinks, so good. The crab cake had only a bit of filler, and was delicious. The pizza was really done well, the dough is pretty good, sauce was light and not sweet. Now, for the Cajun shrimp. Our server recommended it, and was she ever spot on. The sauce they use, which is garlic, butter, and a few other things was one of the best sauces I ve had in a long time. We kept it when our entrees came, and dipped EVERYTHING in it, the fish tacos, the crab cake, the pizza, if I had ice cream, it would have gone on that too. We will definitely return.

A colleague and I stopped here for lunch and we enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. It’s casual dining in the front and a bar in the back. Our waitperson was friendly and our food was fresh, hot and tasty. My only criticism is that the tables are all together and it became a bit loud as everyone attempted to talk over each other. I prefer a bit more privacy.

Have been to 5 West three times now and it hasn’t disappointed. Food is very good, drinks as good, try the Sea Isle teas on draft. Little noisy when crowded, but a great experience overall.

Says they have gluten free options but there’s almost nothing gluten free. Server had no knowledge of gluten free options. Ordered a salad minus bacon and it came with bacon. They took it back but didn’t remake it, just picked the bacon off so it came back with a few pieces of bacon remaining. Would not return.

The acoustics are horrible. Its so loud you cant even hear the person next to you. Waitress was dismissive, forgot our added on take out and had attitude. The pan seared scallops with bacon were actually served SWIMMING in the bacon grease. Would never return

The dirty shrimp is as advertised, super yum. Our server Donavan was excellent, prompt, very polite. Cheesesteaks were a winner, but maybe a bit more grease would have made them even better.

5 West Pub U Do It Approved!!! Be aware that parking is limited on a busy night so you may have to park on the grass or a block or two away. We waited about 30 minutes for a table of 6 at the bar. Our bartender was nice and took time to talk with us. Our waitress was also nice. We ordered appetizers and drinks. Everything was great. I’d say it’s classic tavern style food. The entrees were great. I ordered Steak and Frittes and it tasted great.
