I did have a good experience the first couple of times but not anymore. The kitchen looks nasty, it’s junk all over. It’s always a ghost town inside. The food doesn’t always taste the same. I end up throwing half of it away. The texture of the chicken is like rubber to chew half the time. The shape of the chicken kind of concerns me . I will be trying a different place next time.

The food is really great . When i go and dine in , i had no problems ever. Once i tried to do an online delivery,the lady has a communication problem. No matter how much i tried to communicate with her , she couldn’t understand. I tried to spell each letter so she could understand but she was very rude and I’m being very polite here about how she behaved. If she continues like this, I’m afraid she won’t get customers but although I would say the food is affordable for NIU students like us.

I don’t know about the bad reviews, I’ve been ordering from them for many years, I have never had a problem with them, my order has always been correct and delivered quickly. No, the owners are not all “ha ha he he” in your face when you do go to the restaurant, but I’m not looking for friendship, I just want my food to be made correct and be tasty, which it always is. I have taken by boujie hard to please friends to this spot, and they love it. 5 stars for me.

Literally my first time coming to this place and me and my children walked in and instantly felt a bad vibe. I don’t know if the lady had a bad day or if it was because me and my kids are African American. She aggressively handed me my food and aggressively closed the window pathway between us and their counter and Rudely waved us out like we were some animals. I love food and I was super excited to try something different, but rude customer service will never make me want to go back there again. Food was okay, I have had better but that stank attitude was uncalled for. And for that I’ll never go back !

The food is consistently bad. Most of the time all I can taste is oil and doesn’t taste fresh. Stopped getting from here because they were definitely not going to change. I thought restaurants were supposed to get better over time but these guys have gotten worse. I wish you luck in your business. You certainly will need it with food like this.

When I called to order my food the woman who picked up was very rude. When I received my food it wasn’t my order. When I called to tell them I have the wrong order. I was hung up on. I’m a single mother of 3 my kids really wanted Chinese food tonight this isn’t the 1st time I have had an issue with rudeness and wrong order I believe they can do better and the lady that Answer the phone need more work on not only her English but her people skills.

Wow! First time and this food was amazing. Fried stuff was greasy and not drained but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed the beef fried rice, crab Rangoon, and chicken wings!! The chicken wings are better than their neighbor. All I needed was some mild sauce!
