The experience at Fazoli’s was great! The cashier was very helpful. The food arrived quickly, and was exactly as ordered. The cashier brought us bread sticks 5 different times as we had 4 teenagers with us. The staff had smiles and were genuinely welcoming to us. We will certainly eat there again! I didn’t catch his name but the older gentleman up front with glasses was so sweet and had great customer service. He went out of his way to make sure our visit was beyond exceptional. We stopped on our way traveling and had a great experience. And the food was hot and fresh.

The employees were nice, the food was eh. The cheese pizza was not as good as a $4 frozen pizza you could heat at home, except it was just 2 small pieces and cost $5. Keep your expectations low and you might enjoy it.

Great restaurant, very clean and well maintained. The manager , David, was extremely friendly and welcoming , as was the rest of the staff. Definitely 10/10 . I will be returning and I will gesture anyone in the area to give them a try. They’re absolutely amazing!

This Fazoli’s is on an interstate pull off, fairly busy. We had to wait a little bit before we could order, staff seem to be friendly. If you like Fazoli’s, this is probably and experience you’re familiar with.

I’ve gone through the drive thru three times with no complaints! One time it took slightly longer than usual (not to the point of me being mad), but they went ahead and gave me extra breadsticks to make up for it when I got to the window. Glad to have this place in Whitestown!
