Ordered hot coffee from my mobile app 5 minutes before arriving. The order wasn’t ready and the person served me lukewarm coffee after I waited for them to make the order. So disappointed because it’s the 2nd time that I arrived to this location which was not busy both times. I love dunkin coffee but this is unacceptable so I’m looking at the competition. St**b**ks

Ran through to get 2 dozen donuts for my homeroom’s last day of school. One of the boxes had some dark, sticky splatters all over it, but it was hidden under the other box when handed to me through the drive through, so I did not see it at first. When I got home and picked up the two boxes, I could smell a caramel smell that I thought was coming from the donuts. After carrying in the boxes and setting them on the counter, I discovered dark stains on my clothing where the bottom box touched and felt a stickiness on my hands where I held the bottom box. That is when I saw the dark splatters all over the bottom box. Irregardless of whether the donuts were good or not, the fact that the staff would place food in a contaminated container, contaminated by a sugary substance that is an attractant for flies and mold, means I will not be back to this Dunkin.

Not just this location..every time I go to any location there will not be a customer in sight and I am told it will be a moment before they can get to me. I tried going inside instead of drive thru and same thing. This is unacceptable that I have to wait 10 minutes before someone will even take my order. And if I order food and not just coffee I get attitude. Sorry to bother…I will not be going back to a Dunkin’. I get it, the workers just want to get paid and not work.

You will literally sit in the drive through line for 30 mins, while people who pick up an order skip everyone in line. Then you when you get up to the mic, you still have to wait additional 5-10 minutes for someone to speak… Don’t recommend unless you are picking up…

They don’t even deserve a ONE star. It’s 8:00am and they are out of mostly everything for food. I ordered an iced coffee and might as well have bought a gallon of milk to drink instead. I asked if they could re make it. They took the drink back and asked me to pull to the second window. By the time I pulled up to the second window she was standing there with my drink. There is no way possible that they remade my drink that fast.

Time to close this place down. Used to be great when they first opened, however, they never recovered from the pandemic. The owners clearly do not care about making any attempt to run this as a Dunkin should be. Such a shame to see. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever seen.. used to be a regular, but no longer.

dont go unless u want to be forgotten about at the 2nd window and verbally assaulted by employees making u feel dumb. dont waste ur time and just go to the one on derenne. much better sitting in a 20 min drive thru then have half a working dunkin try and finesse an order together then laugh in ur face while giving it to u.
