Quick use of drive thru while in town. Service was fast and friendly. Was about 7:30 pm and they didn’t have enough tenders to fill 2 – 5piece orders and were out of apple pies. But they were able to fill a 3&5 piece tender order. So we did that. Food was good. Service was fast. The fried okra was great.

The food was delicious and fresh but we were told it was going to be a fifteen minute wait and ended up being an hour and I grew impatient and went inside to find out why it was taking so long and was told we were going to be compensated for the long wait and only received an additional piece of chicken as compensation for over an hour long wait that was supposedly only be fifteen minutes.

As of 12/28/2021 Signs on multiple doors say lobby open only for carryout but the doors have been locked the 3 times I’ve been over the course of the last few months. Drive thru line is always slow and long. Good luck!

The lobby is never open when I get there and I drive a big truck so I can’t get it through the drive-thru just came there at 3:00 p.m. and they had the Lobby closed and if the lobby ain’t close they’re out of chicken got to wait 20 minutes or so would have gave less stars but can’t

Raw sewage running across the drive thru area. The chicken is not as good as other Church’s restaurants. The peach cobbler was a biscuit with cooked peaches over it. The macaroni and cheese is great and so is the okra.

I’ve been here since 10 this morning and I haven’t been able to get a single piece of chicken. They have told me they not gonna be ready for 30 minutes I came back and they said it’s gonna be another 30 minutes. It’s a shame how long this is taking. I don’t usually complain about fast food because I know they don’t get much of a wage but this is bad business
