Waited 20 minutes and the staff waited on about 8 customers during that time. It seemed like the three employees would take an order and wouldn’t take another order until the first customer’s order was complete. I realized I’d be sitting in line for another 20 minutes for donuts and a coffee and left. Five or six other customers left as well. It was like this last year when we visited as well.

We ate there this morning. Two of their staff had called out sick so they were understaffed. However, every employee was working very hard and focused. They were under a lot of pressure and still managed to stay calm and courteous. I put my order in through the kiosk nearby and received my food in less than 15 minutes. The hotel restaurant doesn’t open until 8:00 a.m., so many parents with young children waking up early are trying to get breakfast there, leading to a large crowd and huge pressure for the staff. The quality of the food here was also much better than any other Dunkin’ donuts I’ve been to. I expect the food at all d&d to be the same, but i’ve been disappointed at other locations with cheese that wasn’t melted or sandwiches sloppily put together. The food at this location was great.

Located inside of Great Wolf Lodge around the corner from front desk. It has limited hours and only serves hot food till noon, then closes at 3pm. Long wait lines in the morning. No mobile orders.

Bad management. It takes about 8-9 minutes to serve 1 customer. Understaffed. worst part of Great wolf resort. Worst part, they don’t accept Dunkin’s app pay. Seriously

Stood an hour inline for a cup of coffee? Lol no thanks… employees move slower then my grandma, and my grandma don’t move no more… also took 8 minutes since I swiped my card to getting my one cup of coffee.. ehh at such an expensive hotel they could do better on the Dunkins part… sorry cant say anything good about this one..

Absolute joke. Always understaffed, don’t understand how to take more than 1 order at a time, absolutely the worst part of Great Wolf. They’ve encouraged me to stop spending money on food there at all. If I have to leave to get coffee, I might as well get reasonably priced food as well. Great wolf should be ashamed, this is just bad management and missing revenue.
