Over 2 hours and still waiting, was quoted 50 to 60 minutes. 30 plus dollars for a 12 dollar pizza and 6 dollar chicken poppers and still hasn’t arrived in 2 hours and 20 minutes…….. Update, finally showed up after 2 and a half hours, pizza was cold and buffalo chicken poppers were not only cold but barely sauced, if I wasn’t so hungry I’d take this poor excuse for food back to papa John’s. Thanks for ruining my dinner. Wish there was a rating lower than 1 star

This place is a joke. This store handed the Uber driver the wrong order. Papa John’s then referred me back to Uber. It’s not Ubers fault these illiterate individuals handed him the wrong order. Papa Johns manager said I had to reorder. Why? So you can screw it up again. Very disappointing. They did nothing to resolve the issue. Unless finger pointing is a resolution.I will never order from this store again.

Was there to get food after getting off from work got there order a papdeia and some buffalo wings got home open up starting eating and long strand of hair was in my food I was so disgusted. And my wings were undercook never again papa John’s has never been a place I would eat from but it was a spur of the moment only open late by my house. And I wasted my money the food was horrible and hairy . The guy with the black hair who works in there should have on a hair net his hair shouldn’t be hanging down when making people’s food. I’m still disgusted

First time ordering from here today & will be the last. Ordered the works, & there was a ton of peppers & onions with hardly any meat. I literally counted 3 pieces of ham. Pizza tasted of vinegar and peppers nothing else. So I called to complain to see about getting a refund. The lady refused to give me her name stating that I didn’t need it. Was very rude. The pizza was ice cold . She also hung up on me. Bad quality of food & customer service. Then we were charged not once but twice, Marco’s is where I will do my business from now on.

After almost 2 years of not ordering here I decided to because my kid wanted the pepperoni stuffed crust. The pizza looked amazing but was mediocre. The chicken Alfredo bowl I had had zero chicken in it and basically zero sauce. I called to get that credited or refunded and was told ok no problem. Still nothing and now I can’t get anyone on the phone. Lesson learned don’t give second chances.

I don’t know who is working night shift but their attitude is HORRIBLE. If you call about any problem and even be nice about it they are stank and just hang up the phone on you. Multiple times I called and they picked up and hung up. My advice:whoever the two people are working night shift, who I deal with regularly while placing orders as I am a loyal customer despite my messed up orders: FIRE THEM and hire someone who can talk to someone nice on the phone. I literally called and said I was missing items and they hung up??? Two young men, idk who you are, but you need to fix your nasty attitude. don’t call about problems bc they will not be resolved.
