Been here multiple times. Loved all of the dishes. All of their kababs are really good. The orders do take time to come out, but that’s solely because of the fact that food is prepared fresh.

Had my daughter’s birthday party here with decent size of invitees, about 65 people. They offered 16 item buffet menu, there was no break in supplies during the party. Everybody liked the food and hospitality. Because of decent size of people in party they even Closed for me that means their regular/daily customers could not get in…Food and management is far better than the earlier team that use to operate here before…

This is a really terrible restaurant. The restaurant that used to be here was awesome. Now it is owned and ‘run’ by a family. They don’t post prices anywhere – lunch buffet was $10.59. The place was empty and the food had been sitting on the buffet untouched for hours when my colleague and I arrived. The people who own it now do not know how to run a restaurant. They had no sign indicating whether to seat yourself or not – they spoke very little English and hard a hard time communicating what to do. I could barely order a glass of water and they never came back to give me a single refill. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this place. Go down the street to Tamarind, it is less expensive, the people know what they’re doing, and the food is better.

What a nice surprise! The owner just brought us a free lunch because our business refers people to his business. That is such a nice way to say thank you! Really brighten our day 🙂

Just ate here today, originally I moved to the east coast from California and I’ve been looking for a really good Indian food. The orders came quick, the food was well prepared and the staff was very nice. If you get a chance try the samosas.

Another Indian Restaurant in Pittsburgh with no quality food at all . I visited their stall @ Cranberry food festival and they told that it has one of the best Indian Food in Pittsburgh . I visited last week on Saturday @ 7.30 pm , the prome time for any Restaurant . Parking lot was packed and had to park my car in next building , which was vacant . To my surprise , the restaurant was empty , not even a single customer . Had to wait for 7 minutes before someone seated us as the sign says , please wait to be seated . All the parked cars were to the next door dancing school . The menu looked a typical Indian Menu …. Too Big and most of them had a standard description like Chicken with herbs and spices . Prices on meat items were a little on Higher side and the quantity was small portion . I ordered a spice level of 7 and I believe it was a spice level of 2 with too much of Tomato sauce and green peppers . The curry was Thin with less onion gravy and don’t talk of taste .. absolutely tasteless Food. Yes, the nan was good . They don’t server papad/ onion /chutney and Rice as DEFAULT . The furniture looked old and outdated with scratches . The bathroom had no soap in dispenser . Bathroom was decorated well with flowres and paintings . The side door was opened , I believe to save on cooling cost. All in all , really not impressed by the Restaurant and the food . I wanted to convey the short comings to the Manager/waiter , but nobody came to us for the feedback . I am still looking for a High end Indian Restaurant in Pittsburgh like the ones we have in Chicago and LA . If anyone knows, please let me know. SB

Saw an update from the owner. Well, I know what Hydrabadi Biryani taste like . Its steamed and dry . The one I had at your place was nothing but Goat curry added to rice and mixed with packet spices. The Biryani was serverd in a small plate and had a heap of it . Also, Biryani didn’t had nuts and fried onions, which is a part of authentic Biryani. All my like I have eaten Biryani .
