Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

The staff here is extremely unprofessional, the women working tonight was very open to the customers about her smoke break she was about to take. I wasn’t told until after my sub was made that the card machines were down and it was $ only, not that big of a deal but still frustrating…The cleanliness of the store is a different story, but i was more disappointed in the employees. Probably won’t return as the environment was very uncomfortable!

I did not receive the sandwich I ordered.I ordered a Giant Chicken Kahuna no mushroom and I got a Giant Steak Kahuna everything on it. I was not to happy considering; I waited 20 mins plus .There was only one young man making sandwiches,the other other one pretty much sat by the register. Ok so I love Jersey Mike’s just not the one in Macedonia. I came in and the girl who was the only one who was there greeted me right away and was friendly but when she took my order and my money. She did not wash her hands on between touching money and making food only out on a glove. Then while my son and I were sitting in the dining are more employees came in and sat on tables in back but where customers can see and put a blonde guys hair in a bunch of rubberbands and was cussing. I don’t think that’s appropriate where food is served to be doing hair OR cussing loud enough for little kids to hear in the dining area. All tables were dirty and I had to clean my own. I was the only customer in there so it’s not like they were busy and couldn’t clean off tables! Before we left we went to the women’s bathroom and it was disgustingly dirty. I took pictures of the bathroom if the manager or owner would like to see. We went at 1030 am on 5/31/18 and they opened at 10am so those bathrooms or dining area shouldn’t have been that dirty at all. I love Jersey Mike’s but will never go to Macedonia one again! Sorry Jersey Mike’s!

I would actually give this location “zero stars”. This establishment has gone significantly downhill in the past year. Tonight, after asking for a Sub in a Tub to be made (which requires utensils to eat since it’s not a sandwich), after paying in full, we were told there there no forks or spoons to actually eat the meal and that there was nothing that could be done about that. UNACCEPTABLE!!
