If I could I would give them 0 stars . This location is pathetic , I made an order in the app the app tells me it’s ready I arrive and they tell me the order was not put through and they offer no solution. They tell me my order will take another hour. Finally I tell them just to cancel. No apology or any help from this place. Don’t even bother this place is completely incompetent.

A few months back my partner and I had ordered from this location. They had ordered a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper which they forgot and a pepperoni pizza that came burnt. The young lady my partner spoke to on the phone sounded very indignant and quite rude when we asked if they could fix the issue. She said to come pick it up (we had ordered delivery). I don’t know what’s gotten into them as of late but, it’s getting tiresome. Also, I’ve noticed a lack of training amongst most employees and a lack of cleanliness in the pizza building stations. Corporate should look into it.

As I sat there waiting for my pizza, I was impressed by the speed and accuracy of every worker there… It was like watching a well oiled machine. Every worker meshing perfectly with the next, churning out pies at an amazing rate. And just like that, mine was ready to go.

If I could give less than a star I would. I ordered a pizza online for take out. I got notified it was ready, I got to the store and as I walk in I saw 2 employees they never acknowledge me or greet me so I stand there for almost 5 min until finally someone goes and ask me what I was there for. I immediately said I’m picking up then she says well I made a mistake and made the wrong pizza you’re gonna have to wait another 10min. I go out to my car wait another 15 min and then come back to same scenario girl on her phone and another employee working. There was another customer there waiting to be helped after a couple of minutes I had to yell and get the there attention. Very bad customer service.

Either the app is broken or they be hitting complete when it’s not. 8 out of 10 times the app will say it’s done. I’ll get to the store and they haven’t started the pizza or they just put it in when I got their. Please fix the app or the process. Also the pizza isn’t as good as the dominos in Nipomo for some reason. They make better pizza in Nipomo for some reason.
