this location has gone massively down hill. my last experience was horrific, as the driver left my order on the ground, outside of my main building door, despite the main door being left unlocked for them to deliver it to my actual door. did i mention the ground was wet? decided to give them another try today and was also disappointed. made a half and half pizza with EXTRA pep and light jalapeño on one side and chicken/spin/tom on the other half. as you can see the one half is skimped on the peps and the other half was THROWN together. pizza was floppy and toppings falling off. thank god for the prepackaged salads they offer, because that was the only “good” thing about this whole ordeal. not to mention, was quoted 64-74 mins on delivery time, my order arrived close to 90 minutes after i placed it. all i ordered was 1 pizza, 1 salad & 1 two-liter… wow. the delivery driver didn’t even offer an apology. won’t be returning to this location any time soon.

They should ask the Bridgeton Domino’s how much garlic to use on the crust. If they used more like the Bridgeton one it’d be even better. When I called once, they said they couldn’t increase the amount.

Staff are super friendly, but I feel like we need to do another “sorry we at dominos let the pizza slide” add campaign and get the product back on track. The flavor boost from a few years ago has seemingly disappeared, and is headed back in the direction of the cardboard flavor profile.

I ordered pizza on a Tuesday afternoon. After the pizza was finished according to the website, my pizza set in the store for almost an hour. Not a big deal if they’re really that busy or don’t have drivers however, whenever I got my food it was ice cold. Little Caesars serves better pizzas than this period I will never order from this domino’s again. I would advise that you Look up Pizza Hut

if you have a serious issue, like say it tastes like a chemical was spilled on your pizza, the franchise owners will not care and treat you like they’re doing you a favor for refunding your potentially poisonous pizza. never again, bye domino’s!

Ordered 2 medium pizzas online. Was told it was take an hour, which I get. It was a busy Saturday I’m sure. But our order took over 2 hours to even be made, for two medium pizzas! Then, they said the pizza was delivered, but it didn’t show up at our address. Fifteen minutes later, I was about to drive up there and see what was up (as I had been on hold for fifteen minutes), but the order FINALLY showed up at the door. One of our pizzas wasn’t even fully cooked! The cheese was still cold! I won’t be ordering from this location ever again.
