They gave me a crunchy taco when I ordered a crunch burrito. I know it’s not that huge difference is price but I didn’t want a taco especially the crunchy one that fell apart immediately. I could have gone back but I noticed by the time I got home.

So apparently on this Taco Bell you need to purchase before you can use the restroom.. I went in and obviously I needed to wash my hands before i made my purchase but the restroom was code locked and the lady told me It’s only for customers..lol waoo….

If you love Taco Bell in El Paso try to avoid this location. The staff isn’t friendly and the way they portion their food is robbery. My burritos are so thin all the time it makes me so angry. I once asked the manager if they could put more ingredients and they told me no. When you order nacho fries the cheese cups are only filled halfways. The people on the drive thru speaker have no personality. Every other Taco Bell I go to in El Paso I never have these problems. And forget about asking for easy sour cream they will put double inside just for you. When you place an order on the app and pull up to the speaker they tell you that it takes 10 minutes to come in which is obviously not true. Who is running this Taco Bell? It’s a joke
