My first time visiting CPK. I was not disappointed! I was at the partridge creek location and Ivan was an amazing bartender/waiter! I will return just to see him and be waited on by him. Everything came out hot and fast. I ate and drank everything in less than 30 minutes. Just stopped in for a quick bite. Will definitely return!

It’s very fine. Good pizza, I definitely prefer it to other places as they don’t overdo it with the cheese or other toppings. But it’s definitely not worth the price. Either way though, I say stop here if you’re at Partridge Creek.

However, my husband and I came to the partridge creek restaurant to place our order there in person and we let the manager (Ashley) know about our terrible experience with the call center, and she made it more than right and took very good care of us! The food and service were excellent-!! It was our first time there-!! I like the no-rush atmosphere especially as it was a meeting place and we wanted to spend time visiting. I wanted to give this place another try after I had a less than pleasant experience a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, yesterday’s experience was even worse. Originally wanted a Cobb salad, but was told that they were out of ranch – no problem. Instead ordered a Thai crunch salad. There was no crisp to the salad at all – the lettuce and wonton strips were wet/soaked and definitely not soaked in dressing, just wet lettuce. Honestly, it seemed like the salad was pre-made and then frozen. It arrived at the table so cold, that it hurt my teeth, like biting into ice cream. Even giving it 10-15 minutes didn’t help much. It was probably the worst salad I’ve had in terms of taste and texture, and I’m sure it was because it wasn’t freshly made. I most likely won’t be back, which is sad because I have family members that used to talk highly of this place. This definitely can’t happen when you charge $20 for a salad, it needs to change or people will turn away and go elsewhere to get fresh food.

The food was delicious but the service was TERRIBLE our server was so rude and and charged us for something we didn’t order and charged us 35 extra dollars for nothing! And the restaurant was so cold and our server didn’t allow us to move outside and we were with 3 freezing kids! Our servers name was Collin and if CPK is seeing this I think that you shouldn’t let him work there anymore or treat customers like that.

Terrible first experience pizza was suppise to be ready at 615. 645 they find our order no cares given forst 3 employees wouldn’t acknowledge me standing there. Had headphones in and no cares! Told manager it was a terrible first experience she didnt seem to care at all and after the huge long wait literally pulled them out of a warmer next to window ive been waiting at forever. We wont be back.

Great food! Pizza always good. The Avocado egg rolls appetizer is the best one. Had the turkey club and cream of potato soup delicious. Bread toasted perfectly. Always consistent great food.
