With the increasingly less and less options to at at the Pacific View Mall, Panda Express is always a good consistent option. You are rarely surprised here. Workers are decent and fast. Food is hot and ready usually. Line moves fast which is great for short lunch breaks. I know many complain about the authenticity of this food but it’s great American Asian cuisine and decent prices. Fried rice, orange chicken, cream cheese ragoons, can’t go wrong with what you pick usually.

Haven’t bin here in a long time because they kept messing up orders. Well they still do. Also I really wished they put the sauce in for the cream cheese won tons. They basically were worthless without the sauce. That’s a large order no one ate because it was missing the sauce. Anyways, goodbye for good.

This isn’t a negative review of Panda Express in general but this particular location. I ordered food there yesterday and was told it would take a minute to prepare which was fine. However when I got my food and returned home there was literally only 4 pieces of orange chicken in my order. With the prices they charge this is completely unacceptable. Never going to this location again

Waited in line for 20 mins just for the staff to tell us they won’t make anymore food because they close in 30 mins. So us and the other dozen people that were in line went next door to poke n’ ramen 360 and were served right away by friendly staff with the same food ♂️

If you are craving chinese food you can never go wrong with Panda Express. Even though I feel like their combos got smaller food still good. If you’re getting Broccoli beef make sure to tell them to add meat otherwise they’ll give only Broccoli and 1 or 2 pieces of beef.

I’ve ordered from here through DoorDash app due to the good looking photos of the food. But boy…when it was delivered to me, I expected much more inside the bag for 1. The orange chicken was hard & crispy, the Beef Broccoli was hard and wasn’t hot. I’m just was visiting from new york city and wanted some Chinese food, this isn’t nothing like NYC Chinese food. Plus they only have a small menu option to choose from. No chicken wings??

Even though we showed up ten minutes before closing the staff at the mall were friendly and helpful. They served us appropriately and with a smile even after we left. Because we held them back we offered a tip but they professionally turned it down saying they arent allowed to take tips. The food was made fresh for us and was Panda yummy… Gotta give five stars for the customer service here. Thanks much.

Worst place ever. My wife went there thus pass Monday & she ordered the kids meal which was fried rice & orange chicken. Later that day she became very ill & her sugar levels dropped low. She’s has diabetes. She was sick for 3 days & was vomiting & having really bad diarrhea. She had to miss work & had to go to the urgent care. Doctors confirmed she had food poisoning. Never again will we ever go to this place or any other again. This was a horrible experience & more horrible when your a diabetic. We highly recommend never to go to this place.
