For one do not use curbside service with this store. They do not do it. I waited and waited. No one ever came outside. I tried to call the store. No one would answer. I had to get in the drive-through line. They were taking orders one by one, if you ever worked fast food you know what I mean (to show better times than reality) they would take one order, get you to the window, tell the next person at drive through to hold on and, you pay then they ask you to pull forward to wait on your food, and repeats….. when they finally let me speak through the intercom. I’ll let them know that I had a curbside order and I had been waiting for over 20 minutes, they tell me to pull to the window. They let me know my order still isn’t ready so they have me pull forward, okay I wait, I get my food and my fries are cold and my sandwich is cold. I’m just confused how it is cold if I still had to wait on my food. Really disappointing for the price I paid to get very cold food waiting for as long as I did.

Customer service is great, always friendly staff and rarely receive an order that isn’t correct. However, the food quality can be inconsistent at times. Sometimes our chicken Supreme tenders are hard and overcooked, sometimes they are absolutely delicious. Sometimes the Boberry biscuits are undercooked soggy, other times they are perfectly delicious. You never know what quality level you will receive. But overall the experience is positive.

Got 8 piece box of chicken there were no breast in the box. The chicken appeared to be left over from lunch (went at 4:30 pm) or possibly from day before. This is not the first time my order has not been right, but it will be the last time. Really need to get employees that know what they are doing. Not surprising you only have a 3.6 rating.

Gave me 2 biscuits less then they were supposed to give. Came up with lame excuse, “we don’t have chicken to fry for this order” just not to do order. Because after couple of questions, they were able to still fill the order. Microphone system works very bad.

Went at the most busiest time possible, Friday am right after school drop off. As I was pulling in, I could see the line backed up. I even watched a car in front of me pull away (it happens) Got to place my order and was greeted with a friendly voice letting me know of the delay and how sorry they were. Got my order in, plus some extras cause of the very slight delay in placing it, lol. Pulled to the window and over heard a lady who I’m guessing is the cheerleader giving an amazing pep speech to her teammates who really were doing an amazing job. Got the order fast, hot and extremely fresh (wasn’t food for me so there was a slight car ride to its final destination) Love this morning energy and highly recommend if you need a pick me up visit the lovely staff there. Please be kind as they seemed slammed but still appreciate them for not letting it damper their spirits!!!

This is the most idiomatic staff of any restaurant I’ve ever seen I waited over 40 minutes or something that was only supposed to take 16 minutes or less to cook not only that they didn’t give me my chicken legs I ended up with 8 Piece standard Way not the customers eight piece I ordered I’m about to add pictures to prove it before we have to force yourself to eat well barely has meat on it they gave her food out to the wrong person first and re-cook or order this place needs to be shut down they need to get staff older . And you can’t even called him to let him know they made a mistake Almost ran business I have ever seen

My son and I waited for ten minutes before anyone spoke into the drive-through speaker. We waited another five minutes to get to the window. The young lady at the window asked me to pull forward because the bacon was cooking. We hadn’t ordered anything with bacon. I explained this to her and she grabbed our bag of food and shoved it through the window with a frown. She actually argued with me about our order. Ridiculous!!

Quite possibly the worst Bojangles in the upstate. Rarely do I come away from this establishment with food. Either they are out of something or as with today there’s a 12-minute wait for a three-piece and a biscuit. You are a chicken establishment and there should not be a wait on chicken nor should you be out of chicken. This is not an isolated incident, this is a recurring theme. Are you content with running your business this way?
