The Santa Barbara Char is my favorite. I love that they add avocado and serve it on grilled sourdough. Great taste and perfect texture. For my side, I normally order half fries, half tempura green beans and their strawberry limeade as my drink of choice. Everything’s bomb and I’m always satisfied.

I like how you can order via the kiosk; this certainly eases the lines during lunchtime. Swing by after summer camp, we order the classic two-char combo, salad, and onion rings. Always check out the deals before you order individually. One char sub with a vegetarian patty. What a great lunch! Our camper is a shy first-time customer, he smiled and enjoyed every bite.

I must say, this burger joint surprised me – this was my first time eating at the habit and the customer service was on point. Jasmine helped us out, I have food allergies and was super patient and helpful when answering all my questions. They were able to accommodate, but more importantly the food was BOMB. Update from my review as of 6/23/23. I received a message to go on the link provided so that I could be contacted. Well I did that and as expected that was bull. Its just a circle of nothing. As you continue to read you will see my review. In my opinion if a business doesn’t care about their food or service or their customers they don’t deserve a good review. My son ordered the Ahi Tuna sandwich and ended up with food poisoning. I had to take him to ER where he was given several treatments/meds. He was in extreme pain and suffered for hours. I had to take the day off to care for him and lost a day’s pay and he had to miss work also. Long story short we filed a claim and the gentleman that handled it wasn’t the most pleasant person. He made it seem like my son got sick from something else. After some time went by my son received a check for $200 for any inconvenience. His co-pay was $50 so he basically got $150. I sent in paper work for my time loss which they asked for. So $150 for his pain and suffering and $0 for my time loss. We’ve been reaching out to The Habit but no calls are being returned. They are ignoring us in my opinion. I will never go to The Habit again nor will I recommend them to anyone. A big corporation that owns other restaurants and they can’t step up to the plate to make things right.

This Habit offers a few extra items on the menu, so that was nice. We got a grilled chicken salad and a golden fried chicken sandwich. Solid 4! It filled the spot but wasn’t as tasty as the one in my city. It was very clean, the staff were friendly and it offered the same great prices.
