Food was excellent as always! Service was great as well! Only problem was the crotchety old lady who kept yelling at the other employees and ordering them around (as best as I could tell, she wasn’t even a manager). She had them putting chairs up and mopping the floors while we were waiting on our food (the store didn’t close for over an hour still). Created a generally hostile and uninviting environment, and I can only imagine how unpleasant it must be to work with her. I’ll be back for more food, I just hope she isn’t working.

The quality is definitely gone. Got 2 personal pizzas. One piece had no cheese and topping at all. Just crust. They remade one and it was almost as bad. Terrible customer service. I was told they’ve made it like this for 20 years. I know better. I use to love it here but will not be back. Was here on Saturday, May 19th at about 1:45pm.

Missing the old Mancino’s quality, I should not have to cook my Pizza or Sub when I get home due to your business only cooking it 30% at best. I’m happy to wait for the fully cooked product. Please do better, this is a reoccurring experience.

The customer service is awful. The kids working today acted like they did me a favor by handing me food. I paid for my food so I’m pretty sure that is going towards their paycheck. A thank you would be nice. I said thank you and the response I got was Yep. Won’t be going back for awhile if ever.

My family and I have loved Mancino’s “GRINDERS” for many many years, sadly though, we WILL NOT be returning. Saturdays (05/13/23) was the final straw, so to speak. Horrible Customer Service while ordering, only to be continued upon arriving to pick up HANDS DOWN the worst, under cooked, quality Grinder I’ve EVER gotten. And worse than that, I paid a staggering $22 for just 2 sandwiches.
