Google said you were opened till 9pm. Came in for multiple Tuesday $12 specials at 7:50pm. The staff had already shut the store down and could make a pizza. A special trip in to town no Papa Murphy’s. You might as well say you close at 7:45pm if you can make a pizza during your post on the door hours? Very disappointing.

Everything is extraordinary about the food on this place. The only problem is that this is closed really really soon, and you have to plan ahead if you want to have this amazing pizza.

We ordered a large Garlic Chicken and wanted it at a set tie. When we arrived they were just finishing the pizza. In addition, we bought a chef’s salad with Caesar Dressing. The salad was big enough for a family of four and very good. The pizza was also very good. It had a medium-thick crust which was satisfyingly chewy. The garlic flavor was perfect. What I particularly liked was it was not too high in calories. I will order it again.

The last three times I’ve been here they have gotten at least one pizza wrong. I always order 2 family size. I do have very slight, easy variations to their standard pizza. I see them write down my order correctly but what comes out the other end is not what was written down. Today was the third time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Tired of picking off ingredients I asked not be put on or moving 1/2 a pizza worth of mushrooms off the side that shouldn’t have had them. At least that’s easier than spending 20+ minutes picking off the green peppers I didn’t order (that’s happened more than once). I refuse to go back there. Taste of pizza is fine but their service is really lacking.

They’re usually pretty busy but they’re also pretty efficient. Call in your order for pick up if you can and save some time, especially on Friday. They have gluten free pizza crust but there’s just something weird about it. Their regular thin crust is pretty good though.

Called to order a handful of pizzas for my birthday and wanted to clarify what was included in the $10 Tuesday deal. I have never been spoken to so rudely for asking a simple pricing question. Then I was simply left saying hello as the employee disappeared. I will definitely not be ordering here again.

I love Papa Murphy’s. The pizzas and calzones are consistent from visit to visit. They certainly never scrimp on toppings. My only complaint is sometimes they will use low-salt sauce that is brought in brand new and unopened. So my heart patient husband can have some pizza. Other times it is like we brought arsenic. Just wish their policy would be consistent. Sometimes my husband is so excited for pizza, and so sad when they won’t use his special sauce.

Complete and utter incompetence! Ordered a pizza online at around 10:00 AM for pickup after I got off work at 5:00. Website makes it mandatory to enter an email address and a phone number, so they had my contact information. Stopped in after work to pick up my pizza. One other customer in the store. ZERO pizzas in the rack awaiting pick up. I’m here to pick up the online order I placed, I say. Yeah, um, we didn’t have one of the ingredients you chose, he says. So, you didn’t make my pizza, I ask. Yeah, we tried calling and left a message, he says. I beg to differ chief. My phone has been right beside me all day at work and it hasn’t rang once and I have no voice messages. No response. I’d be less surprised if classes were in session and students were manning the store, but it’s summer and they’re all gone. I’m done! Won’t be back!! Mediocre pizza is NOT worth putting up with this level of incompetence.
