I’m giving 4 stars because the service was good. The gal was super friendly, and helped us with an extra plate to share food with our child. The food was ok, the bread was a little dry, but otherwise tasted pretty good. Nothing special about the dining area, by it was clean -so that’s a plus!

Placed an online order as my kid was headed in that direction and headed back home. Missing my two cinnabons . Sunday night, last thing I felt like doing was to drive back. By the time I got there and back home, my food is already cold. I regret ordering because it has now taken longer to get my stuff right. The cheddar broccoli soup, the cup is barely filled halfway, a reheated sandwich doesn’t taste right. Could someone there please make sure to check their online orders to avoid all the hassle? Like, really, I would have been better off and less expensive to just cook something at home.

I went there today for lunch, I ordered my sandwich To Go and had been waiting about 15min. I didn’t mind since it was lunch hour, but I saw there was one manager (gentleman) working behind the counter taking all the orders. He noticed me waiting and asked what I ordered, apologized for the long wait and promptly got my sandwich. He then offered to add 3 complimentary cookies for myself and two kids to take home to for the inconvenience. I actually really appreciated that as my drive home was 45min north, I had a little treat by the time I was home! Thank you sir for your wonderful customer service and food quality!

I wasn’t aware going thru the drive thru they can charge you a tip. The employee had already balled up the receipt before even asking me if I wanted it. So I’m glad I made him reprinted because that’s were I noticed the tip that was added on too my 2 meals bringing the total close to 30 dollars for a couple of sandwiches. He then hurry up and refunded me the tip money. This will be my last time eating from there. Something shady about this whole ordeal.

1st Lady (Lady 1st)
We ate outside on their patio on a great Friday May afternoon & it was clean, great view of our community, as well as the highway. Andrew greeted us to the beginning to the end of our visit. He brought out our food & people let when I say I thought he brought me food that you see Ina commercial lol…It was fresh, smelled savory & a very impressive set up…We got the giant Original Deluxe, with Schlotzky’s brand potato chips in Sour Cream & Onion, Cracked Black Pepper…Lunch was sooo bomb….THE CINNABON WAS SO OOEY, HOOEY, GOOEY FRESH…Cool little gem here in Olathe….
